Happy Friday everybody!!! It’s bright and sunny here in Texas, which is a huge step up from the gross, rainy weather we had yesterday. I just have a great feeling it’s going to be a good one. I’m going to start doing a weekly update every Friday, telling you about my week and goals I want to achieve, what I’m grateful for, and so on. I am currently sitting in the living room of my apartment, listening to the bustle of my roommates eating dinner, chatting and listening to music. I came across this article about creating a night routine, and how night routines are just as important as morning routines. As I was reading, the article talked about something that really stuck with me: practicing gratitude. The importance of practicing gratefulness has come up a few times in my recent past, and I figured it would be a good thing to talk about. Not just good, but important.
